  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and a bit of water to reach a drizzling consistency.
  5. Drizzle the tahini sauce over the roasted cauliflower.
  6. Sprinkle with smoked paprika and chopped parsley before serving.
